The proposed outreach

After praying and looking at the various options that we had before us, we finally see the doors opening to Mozambique. CCE has been on an outreach to Mozambique before, namely in 2006. In 2006 both staff and students were accommodated at the Kwasizabantu mission run by Carlos Vilancoulus. However the circumstances and facilities do hardly allow a large group such as ours to be accommodated. One of the challenges we faced was accommodation and water.

Doctors for Life

The idea was therefore raised that we could be accommodated by Doctors for Life, Zavorra. There are various reasons for this suggestion. First of all, Doctors for Life is able to accommodate a large group through the improvements made over the last few years. Secondly, the target group is much easier to reach: schools are close by, roads are better passable and within a smaller radius.
